We specialize in a broad range of investigative and legal support services and pride ourselves on delivering professional, timely, and effective results for our clients.


Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the judicial system by ensuring that legal documents are properly and lawfully delivered to individuals involved in court proceedings.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver legal documents (e.g., subpoenas, summonses, complaints) in accordance with local and state laws.

  • Locate individuals for service using skip tracing and investigative methods.

  • Accurately complete affidavits and reports of service in a timely manner.

  • Use ServeManager.com and its mobile app for real-time updates, GPS-tagged photos, and status documentation.

  • Communicate regularly with the office to update case progress or address issues.

  • Navigate challenging service situations, including gated communities and high-security buildings.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Process Server, law enforcement officer, or in a related legal services role.

  • Proficiency in ServeManager.com is required.

  • Must own a smartphone capable of:

    • Running the ServeManager app

    • Taking GPS-stamped photographs

    • Submitting real-time status updates

  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Working knowledge of process service laws and legal procedures in Maryland and D.C.

  • Ability to remain composed and professional in stressful or unpredictable situations.

  • Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (criminal justice education is a plus).

Position Overview

We are looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to manage essential back-office operations including email correspondence, client communication, data entry, and paperwork processing. If you’re an efficient multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working from home, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer client phone calls via a VoIP phone app on your smartphone.

  • Professionally respond to emails from clients and team members in a timely manner.

  • Process incoming documents and ensure they are organized and accurately entered into case files.

  • Input data into ServeManager.com, our case management software.

  • Gain and maintain a working knowledge of local process serving laws to assist with inquiries.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, legal assistant, or customer service role (legal/investigative experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with ServeManager.com and general legal process terminology is a strong plus.

  • Must own a reliable computer and smartphone compatible with VoIP applications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours depending on workload and client needs.

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework or certifications in business, legal studies, or administrative services is a plus.
