If canceled before any service attempts, a $35 cancellation fee applies.
Once service attempts begin, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Submission of any request constitutes acceptance of our billing policies.
Invoices not paid within 30 days will incur a 10%/month late fee, plus any court costs and attorney’s fees needed for collection.
All service fees are non-refundable once attempts begin, even if service is not completed.
Disputes will be evaluated individually, based on case details.
If a client refuses additional fees, we will issue an Affidavit of Non-Service and close the case.
In cases of severe weather (e.g., snow, ice, storms), service timelines may be adjusted for the safety of our team. We will resume service as soon as conditions allow.
We do not guarantee successful service. Variables beyond our control—such as incorrect addresses, evasive recipients, or restricted access—can prevent completion. Clients are paying for our time, effort, and diligence, not a guaranteed outcome.
Nationwide Process Service and Private Investigations, LLC is responsible for conducting service attempts professionally and in good faith. We are not liable for any legal consequences that arise due to unsuccessful service.
We encourage all clients to thoroughly review these terms prior to requesting service. Doing so ensures a clear understanding of potential charges, procedures, and service expectations.
